The Life of A Double Agent 9"NAOMI!"
"KEENIE! HELP ME!"
I ran as fast as I could, smashing every robot standing in my way. I barely registered the
dampness and the cold as I went deeper into the cave.
"GET. OUT. OF. MY. WAY!" I grunted, hitting five robots at every word.
"AHHH!" Naomi screamed again.
I cursed out loud. I still can't see her. I can't lose her. No, I just can't. I was blaming myself for letting her venture into the cave. Suddenly, the path led into a huge circular room. I glared at him as I stirred a pot of soup in front of me. I peeked in the living room and I saw Dinah Lance trying to comfort and console a trembling Naomi.
"I know it sounds suspicious Roy," I said desperately. "Besides, I don't think anything is wrong." I smiled nervously. I was so lying at the last part.
He raised an eyebrow. "Gosh Tams, you're the worst liar I've ever met." He looked at Naomi and Dinah through the doorway. Even though you have a big nagging feeling you have in your gut whenever something doesn't add up."
I sighed, frustrated. Damn why does he have to know me so well?
"Fine, you win," I said spooning some soup into a nearby bowl. "But I'm still going," I added quickly turning away.
Roy sighed exaspe
